Exhibitor Manual:

There are a number of elements you need to consider in order to have a successful and profitable show, from designing your stand and meeting health and safety regulations to marketing and promoting your presence at the event. All you need to know to ensure a smooth build up and successful show can be found in the Exhibitor Manual.

The ‘Manage My Exhibition’ tab within the Exhibitor Manual explains and lists all the steps you need to manage your participation at the show as an exhibitor. This includes your 100-word company profile, mandatory and optional forms for you to complete and submit by the deadlines. Please take time to go through the compulsory and optional forms and familiarise yourself with the deadlines to ensure your requests can be accommodated. The checklist of the key deadlines for you to be aware of can be found in the Exhibitor Manual home page under ‘Activity Checklist’ tab.

All confirmed exhibitors have been sent individual login details via email to access their Exhibitor Manual account. New exhibitors will be sent their details upon confirmation of their participation. If you need to have your username and password re-sent, please email: customercare@mobileworldcongress.com.
